Special Economic Zone

Kendal Industrial Park (KIP) has officially become Special Economic Zone in 2019, regulated by PP 85/2019. We are the only industrial park in Central Java with this SEZ Status. There are some fiscal and non-fiscal benefits for investors as follows.
Fiscal Benefits*:

  • Tax Holiday up to 20 years depending on the investment value
  • Tax Allowance of 30% divided into 6 years
  • Exemption of Value Added Tax (VAT)
  • Exemption of Import Duty
Benefit Non-Fiskal:
  • Immigration
  • Employment
